Guidance on the application of the Competition Act 1998 in the healthcare sector

Monitor has concurrent, or shared, powers with the Office of Fair Trading to enforce provisions of the Competition Act 1998 and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union in relation to the provision of healthcare services in England.
