We are seeking your views on proposals to introduce clearer labelling requirements on the country of origin and method of production used, for certain foods.
These proposals will:
- improve transparency and consistency around food labelling
- make it easier for consumers to make informed decisions when purchasing food
- allow consumers to choose products that align with their values
