Pyrotechnic articles (Safety) Regulations 2015: implementation of EU directives

The 2013 Pyrotechnics Directive (2013/29/EU) applies the new legislative framework (NLF) approach to the pyrotechnics sector. It is supplemented by the 2014 Directive on the traceability of pyrotechnic articles (2014/58/EU).

We intend to put in place the directives by making the Pyrotechnic Articles (Safety) Regulations 2015. This consultation invites views on the draft regulations.
