Seeks views on moving commissioning responsibility for renal dialysis services and morbid obesity surgery services from NHS England to CCGs.

We want to know what type of support clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) will need from NHS England to be able to commission these 2 services safely and effectively. We are also asking whether the transfer should happen from 1 April 2015, if we can put that support in place.
The results will be analysed and used to inform decisions on when and how the transfer in commissioning responsibility should be made.
