The Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2014

This Order brings into force sections 100, 101 and 102 of the Financial Services Act 2012 (c.21) (“the Act”) on 1st August 2014 for all remaining purposes. This is the fifth commencement order to be made under the Act.
