These Regulations, which extend to England and Wales, amend the Local Government Pension Scheme (Benefits, Membership and Contributions) Regulations 2007, the Local Government Pension Scheme (Administration) Regulations 2008 (“the Administration Regulations”) and the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 2013 (“the 2013 Regulations”).
