The Health Service Commissioner for England (Special Health Authorities) Order 2020

This Order designates the Special Health Authority, the NHS Counter Fraud Authority, as a health service body subject to investigation by the Health Service Commissioner for England under section 2 of the Health Service Commissioners Act 1993.
