The Social Services Codes (Appointed Day) (Wales) Order 2016

This Order appoints 6 April 2016 as the day on which codes issued by the Welsh Ministers under section 145(1) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (“the 2014 Act”) come into force.
