This Order amends the Hinkley Point C (Nuclear Generating Station) Order 2013 (“the 2013 Order”), a development consent order under the Planning Act 2008, which has previously been amended by the Hinkley Point C (Nuclear Generating Station) (Correction) Order 2013 and the Hinkley Point C (Nuclear Generating Station) (Amendment) Order 2015. This Order follows an application under paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to that Act for a non-material change to allow the consolidation of the two planned temporary offsite staff accommodation campuses into a single campus. This Order also allows the addition of photovoltaic panels and sports changing facilities to the campus and amends the listed plans in Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the 2013 Order. This Order, in article 13, provides for the certification of revised or substituted plans for use as evidence in any proceedings. The changes to the 2013 Order take effect from the date specified in this Order.
