The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Commencement No. 15) Order 2015

This Order brings section 163(2) of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005, insofar as it relates to section 113B(10) of the Police Act 1997 (c. 50) (“1997 Act”), into force on 9th March 2015 for all remaining purposes.
