The Yemen (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2015 (revoked)
This Order gives effect in specified Overseas Territories to sanctions imposed on Yemen by United Nations Security Council resolution 2140 (2014) of 26th February 2014, and the designation by the United Nations Sanctions Committee on 7th November 2014 of three individuals for sanctions under this resolution. This Order also reflects the implementation of these sanctions by the European Union in Council Decision 2014/932/CFSP adopted on 18th December 2014.

Enabling power
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 1 of the United Nations Act 1946, section 112 of the Saint Helena Act 1833, the British Settlements Acts 1887 and 1945, and all of the other powers enabling Her to do so, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
