The Welsh Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2024
This Order amends the Welsh Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998 (“the principal Order”) to change the name of Welsh Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust to Welsh Ambulance Services University National Health Service Trust.

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 18(1), 203 and 204(1) of, and paragraph 5(1)(a) of Schedule 3 to, the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, after completion of the consultation prescribed under section 18(3) of that Act, make the following Order:
