The Wealden (Electoral Changes) Order 2024

the Council Under section 92(2) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, Wealden District Council (“”) made recommendations in a review to the Local Government Boundary Commission for Englandfor the related alteration of the boundaries of a number of district wards, and the related alteration of the boundary between two county electoral divisions within the Council’s area. The Local Government Boundary Commission for England has decided to give effect to the recommendations and makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 92(3) of that Act.
