The Warrington Borough Council (Construction of Warrington Waterfront – Centre Park Link Bridge) Scheme 2017 Confirmation Instrument 2018

This instrument confirms a Scheme that authorises the Council to construct over the navigable waters of the River Mersey, the bridge specified in the Schedule to the Scheme as part of the highway which it is proposing to construct between the North Bank and the South Bank of the River Mersey in the Borough of Warrington.
