The Victims and Prisoners Act 2024 (Commencement No. 9) Regulations 2025
These Regulations bring into force sections 23(3), 24(3), 25(3), 26(3) and sections 61 to 64 of the Victims and Prisoners Act 2024 (c. 21) (“the 2024 Act”). These are the ninth commencement regulations made under the 2024 Act.

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 81(2) of the Victims and Prisoners Act 2024.
