The Tribunal Procedure and Employment Tribunal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2026

the 1996 Act the 2007 Act The Tribunal Procedure Committeemakes these Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7, 9(1) and 37QA of, and Schedule A1 to, the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 (“”)and section 22 of, and Schedule 5 to, the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (“”). The Tribunal Procedure Committee has consulted in accordance with paragraph 21(1) and (2) of Schedule A1 to the 1996 Act and paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 5 to the 2007 Act. The Lord Chancellor has allowed these Rules in accordance with paragraph 21 of Schedule A1 to the 1996 Act and paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 5 to the 2007 Act.
