The Treaty of Lisbon (Changes in Terminology or Numbering) Order 2012
This Order makes technical amendments to primary and secondary legislation to reflect changes in terminology and numbering relating to the European Union treaties arising from the Treaty of Lisbon. It also removes spent references to the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community.

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes the following order in exercise of the powers conferred by: section 3(4) and (5) of the European Union (Amendment) Act 2008(to the extent that the order applies to provisions contained in (i) an Act of Parliament passed before 19th June 2008, or (ii) an instrument made before 19th June 2008 under an Act of Parliament), and section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 (to the extent that the order applies to provisions contained in (i) an Act of Parliament passed on or after 19th June 2008, (ii) an instrument made on or after 19th June 2008 under an Act of Parliament, or (iii) an instrument made under an Act of the Scottish Parliament):
