The Traffic Orders Procedure (Amendment) (Wales) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020
These Regulations make provision with respect to certain traffic orders made and notices given in Wales, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. They are being introduced as an emergency measure in response to the effects of coronavirus.

Enabling power
The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 16(2) and (2A), 35C(3), (4) and (4A), 46A(3), (4) and (4A) and 124(1) of, and Part III of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984and after consultation with such representative organisations as were thought fit in accordance with section 134(10) of that Act, make the following Regulations.
