The Traffic Management Act 2004 (Commencement No. 9) (England) Order 2020

This Order brings into force, as respects England, section 45 of the Traffic Management Act 2004, except subsection (2), on 29th June 2020. Section 45 amends section 53 of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (c. 22), which relates to the street works register.
