Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 51(1)(b), 56(1), (6), and (7) of, and paragraphs 10(1), 21(1), 22(1), 30, and 31(1) of Schedule 4 to, and paragraphs 21(1), 22(1), 24(1), 25(2), 29, and 30(1) of Schedule 5 to, the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018.
