The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17(6A), 20(3), 28C(6) and (7) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004and sections 42 and 44(5) of the Neighbourhood Planning Act 2017:
