The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 59, 60(1) and (4), 61, 108(2A)(a), (3C)(a), (5) and (6) and 333(1), (2A) and (7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, makes the following Regulations.
