The Town and Country Planning (Enforcement Notices and Appeals) (Wales) Regulations 2017
These Regulations revoke and replace with some changes the Town and Country Planning (Enforcement Notices and Appeals) (Wales) Regulations 2003 (“the 2003 Regulations”).

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers: conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 173, 174 and 175 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990and sections 39 and 40 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and now exercisable by them; and the powers conferred on them by sections 208 and 217of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, make the following Regulations:
