The Timber and Timber Products (Placing on the Market) Regulations 2013

These Regulations make provision for a purpose mentioned in section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and it appears to the Secretary of State that it is expedient for any reference in these Regulations to Regulation () No 995/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the obligations of operators who place timber and timber products on the marketto be construed as a reference to that instrument as the Annex to it is amended from time to time.
