The Telecommunications (Security) Act 2021 (Commencement) Regulations 2022
These Regulations bring into force those provisions of the Telecommunications (Security) Act 2021 (c. 31) which are not already in force. Certain provisions were brought into force on Royal Assent by virtue of section 28(1) of the Telecommunications (Security) Act 2021.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 28(2) of the Telecommunications Security Act 2021, makes the following Regulations.
