The Welsh Ministers, being the appropriate national authorityunder section 12(6) of the Tax Credits Act 2002, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 12(5) and (7) and 65(3) and (9) of that Act, make the following amendments to the Tax Credits (Approval of Child Care Providers) (Wales) Scheme 2007.
