The Sudan (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2012 (revoked)
These Regulations make provision relating to the enforcement of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1184/2005 of 18 July 2005 (OJ L 193, 23.7.2005, p.9) imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons impeding the peace process and breaking international law in the conflict in the Darfur region of Sudan (“the Council Regulation”).
