The Street and Road Works (Amendments Relating to Electronic Communications) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2020
These Regulations make amendments to the Street and Road Works (Amendments Relating to Electronic Communications) (England) Regulations 2020 (S.I. 2020/122). The amendments change the date on which those Regulations come into force, and make related amendments to the transitional provisions.

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 58(1), 74, 97 and 104(1) and (3) of, and paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 3A to, the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991and section 37(1), (6) to (8), (11) and (13) of the Traffic Management Act 2004.
