The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 130(4) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992, and with the concurrence of the Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, after reference to the Social Security Advisory Committee.
