The Specified Agreement on Driving Disqualifications Regulations 2017
These Regulations specify the Agreement on the Mutual Recognition of Driving Disqualifications made between the UK and Ireland on 30th October 2015 for the purposes of Chapter 1 (mutual recognition of driving disqualification in UK and Republic of Ireland) of Part 3 (road traffic) of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 71A(1)of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003, and a draft of these Regulations having been laid before Parliament and approved by each House of Parliament.
