The Space Industry Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2021
These Regulations amend the Space Industry Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional and Savings Provisions) Regulations 2021 (S.I. 2021/817) (“the Commencement No. 2 Regulations”) which bring into force specified provisions of the Space Industry Act 2018 (c. 5) (“the Act”). These are set out in the Note as to Earlier Commencement Regulations set out below.
