The South Sudan (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2015 (revoked)
This Order amends the South Sudan (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2014 (S.I. 2014/2703) (“the principal Order”), which gives effect in specified Overseas Territories to restrictive measures imposed by the United Nations Security Council and additional restrictive measures adopted and implemented by the European Union against South Sudan.

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 112 of the Saint Helena Act 1833, the British Settlements Acts 1887 and 1945, and all of the other powers enabling Her to do so, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
