The South London Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Extension of Time for Trust Special Administrator to Provide a Draft Report) Order 2012
This Order makes provision for an extension of the period within which the trust special administrator appointed for the South London Healthcare National Health Service Trust must provide a draft report to the Secretary of State. The period is extended by 30 working days from 45 working days beginning with the day on which the administrator’s appointment takes effect to 75 working days from that date.

In accordance with section 65J(2) of that Act, the Secretary of State considers that it is not reasonable in the circumstances for the trust special administrator appointed pursuant to the South London Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Appointment of Trust Special Administrator) Order 2012to be required to carry out the duty to provide a draft report within the period specified in section 65F(1) of that Act.
