The Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018 (Disability and Carer Benefits) (Consequential Amendments) Order 2026
This Order makes amendments in consequence of regulations made under section 28 (carer’s assistance), section 31 (disability assistance) and section 81 (carer’s allowance supplement) of the Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018 (asp 9).
