The Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(6) and (7), 12(6), 13(1) and (7) and 175(3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992and sections 1(6) and (7), 12(6), 13(1) and (7) and 171(3) and (10) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992and now exercisable by them.
