The Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2014
These Regulations amend the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/1004) (“the principal Regulations”) which make provision for the assessment, charge, collection and recovery of national insurance contributions.

These Regulations are made by the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 6(1) and (2) of Schedule 1 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992and by paragraph 6(1) and (2) of Schedule 1 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, now exercisable by them.
