The Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (England) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2013 (revoked)
This Order amends the Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (England) Order (No. 2) 2013 (S.I. 2013/2112) which exempts various fireplaces from the provisions of section 20 of the Clean Air Act 1993 (prohibition of smoke emissions in smoke control areas), subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule.

The Secretary of State is satisfied that the fireplace exempted by this Order can be used for burning fuel other than authorised fuelswithout producing any smoke or a substantial quantity of smoke.
