The Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provision) (England) Regulations 2022
These Regulations bring into force specified provisions of the Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022 (c. 21) (“the Act”) on 30th September 2022. They are the first commencement Regulations to be made under the Act. These Regulations also make transitional provision in connection with the coming into force of the provisions brought into force by these Regulations.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36(3) and (7) of the Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022.
