The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) (Amendment) Order 2012

This Order amends the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) Order 2007 by adding a new site to the list of sites designated under section 128 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 in article 2. If a person enters on such a site as a trespasser, he will commit an offence under section 128(1) of that Act.
