The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Scottish Sites under Section 129) Order 2021
This Order designates a site in Scotland for the purposes of section 129 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005. If a person enters, or is on, the site designated in this Order without lawful authority they will commit an offence under section 129(1) of that Act.
