The Secretary of State, having consulted the Scottish Ministers in accordance with section 88(6)(c) and (e) and (8) of the Serious Crime Act 2015and the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland in accordance with section 88(7)(b), (c) and (d) and (8) of that Act, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 88(1) of that Act:
