The Securitisation (Amendment) Regulations 2024
These Regulations amend the Securitisation Regulations 2024 (S.I. 2024/102) and make amendments of other legislation in connection with those Regulations.

The Treasury make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 71R and 428(3) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000and sections 4, 83(1) and (2), 84(2) and 86(5) and (6) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023. In accordance with section 429(9) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and sections 4(9) and 84(5) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023 a draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
