The Sea Fish Licensing (England) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (revoked)
These Regulations make provision about the licensing of fishing boats from outside the United Kingdom when fishing in the part of the sea within British Fishery Limits defined as “the English zone” in regulation 2.

The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(1), 4B(1) and (3) and 20(1) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967, and now vested in the Secretary of State, makes the following Regulations.
