The School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2013
This is the third commencement order made by the Welsh Ministers under the School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013 (“the 2013 Act”). This Order brings into force on 3 December 2013 Part 4 (Welsh in education strategic plans) of the 2013 Act.
