The School and Early Years Finance (England) Regulations 2012 (revoked)
These Regulations make provision for the financial arrangements of local authorities in relation to the funding of maintained schools and providers of prescribed early years provision in England, for the financial year 2013-2014.

Enabling power
The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of powers conferred by sections 45A, 45AA, 47, 47ZA, 47A(4), 48(1) and (2), 49(2) and (2A)and 138(7) of, and paragraph 2Bof Schedule 14 to, the School Standards and Framework Act 1998and section 24(3) of the Education Act 2002.
