The Secretary of State, considering that the condition in section 45(2) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018is met, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 3A(1), 5, 10(2), 15(2)(b)and (3A), 16, 17, 17A, 45 and 54(1)(a) and (2) of, and paragraphs 2 to 7, 11, 13, 14 and 17 of Schedule 1 to, the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018.
