The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Guernsey) Order 2025
This Order extends paragraph 19 of Schedule 3 to the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (c. 47) (“the 2006 Act”), and section 70(1) of and paragraph 129 of Schedule 3 and Part 5 of Schedule 10 to the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (c. 9) (“the 2012 Act”) to the extent that it amends paragraph 19 of Schedule 3 to the 2006 Act, to the Bailiwick of Guernsey, with appropriate modifications.

His Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Him by sections 64(1)(a), 64(3) and 66(4) of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006and section 118 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, makes the following Order:
