The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2026
These Regulations are made under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 (c. 13). Regulations 3 to 29 amend the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (S.I. 2019/855) (“the 2019 Regulations”). Regulation 30 amends the Trade, Aircraft and Shipping Sanctions (Civil Enforcement) Regulations 2024 (S.I. 2024/948) (“the TASSCE Regulations”).

The Secretary of State, considering the condition in section 45(2) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 is met, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 3(1)(b)(ii) and (d)(ii), 5, 7(1)(c)(iii) and (e)(iii), 9(2)(a), 10(2), 14(1), (6)(a) and (8), 15, 17, 19, 20, 21(1), 45(1)(b), 54(2) of, and paragraphs 2(b), 3(a), (b) and (e), 4(b), (c) and (d), 6(a)(ii) and (b), 7, 11(a)(ii), 13(b), (c), (f), (h), (i), (m), (n), (q) and (w), 14(a), (f), (j) and (k), 17(d) and 20 of Schedule 1 to, that Act.
