The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) (No. 7) Regulations 2022
These Regulations are made under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 (c. 13) to amend the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (S.I. 2019/855) (“the 2019 Regulations”).

The Secretary of State, considering that the requirements of section 45(2) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018are met, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 3(1)(b)(ii) and (iii), (d)(ii) and (iii), (g)(iii) and (2)(c), 5, 6(7), 7(2) and (5), 9(2)(a), 10(2) to (4), 11(5), 12, 15(2)(a) and (b), (3) and (6), 17, 21(1), 45, 54(1)(c) and 62(6) of, and paragraphs 2(b), 3(b), 4(b), 6(a)(ii) and (b), 9(b), 11(a)(i) and (ii), 13(b), (c), (h), (m), (n), (t) and (w), 14(a), (e), (f) and (k), and 20 of Schedule 1 to, that Act:
