The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2024
These Regulations are made under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 (c. 13) (“SAMLA”), and amend the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (S.I. 2019/855) (“the 2019 Regulations”).

The Secretary of State, considering that the condition in section 45(2) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018is met, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 11(5), 14(6)(a) and (8) and 45 of that Act.
